Here are three instructional videos produced by British Cycling to help get you riding on rollers. I'm no expert on these things but I found after getting the basics right they're a useful, different and entertaining alternative to the turbo trainer. Good for warm ups too when you don't want to wreck your tubs or best tyres on a turbo. The first video takes you from first steps, the second contains more drills and core workouts and the third once is advanced techniques for once you've got used to falling off them.... I mean, once you're used to riding on them. Might come in handy if you're stuck inside for a bit...
