    Rider profile and induction 

    ​This form collects your personal details together will your fitness and performance levels, and your aspirations as a rider. Have a crack at all the sections and be as honest and accurate as you can. These details are important, as they will form the basis of your future training programmes.
    ​All information will remain confidentially and be stored securely.  
     
    It's useful to know your current working pattern i.e. 9-5, 5 days per week or shift patterns, night work, whether you're self employed and have flexibility over when you can train.

    Section 2: Your ambitions and achievements in cycling

    Don't worry if you've not got any specific SMART goals. If you've got an idea of what you might like to achieve, we can develop and frame these together.

    Section 3: Coaching and support requirements

    The mind is a powerful tool for training & racing when it's focused on the task at hand. It's often the difference between good and exceptional performance but can also hold you back and stop you from being the best you can be. It's a fascinating area and worth exploring.
    Some riders want to keep their coaching confidential, others want their achievements celebrated a little more publicly. If you want to connect on Instagram, Strava, Twitter & LinkedIn let me know. If you want to go under the radar, that's cool with me too.

    Section 4: Current training

    If you use Garmin Connect, Strava, Training Peaks or a similar application to store your training data, I'll be able to analysis your current training patterns and suggest an appropriate training protocol. If not, Training Peaks is a free app that I can send you to link to.
    Any regular weekday evenings or Saturdays and Sundays when you are not available to train on a regular basis. Things change and training plans adapt to your needs, not the other way around. Having an idea of how your training can fit in to your life helps me plan a suitable protocol for you.

    Thanks for doing this, I know there's a lot of things to think about here and it's fine to leave blanks, if necessary we can work on it together. The more I can find out about you and your cycling at this point, the better I can plan your training and the sooner we can get stuck into the good stuff!
